COVID - 19 CONCERNS
Mask Mandate & Social Distancing
Dear Family and Friends,

It is with great pleasure we invite you to Ria's Bharatanatyam Arangetram (Indian Classical Dance Graduation Event). Please plan to grace this occasion with your presence as well as to shower your blessings upon Ria.

We know this past year has been challenging in many ways, and we look forward to gaining normalcy in everyone's routine as soon as possible. Although we plan to host this event in-person, we will follow all CDC guidelines with reducing our guests' list, social distancing, and a mask mandate during the entire event. We will have our helpers do temperature screening and provide hand sanitizer at the entrance. Refreshment drinks in closed-lid containers during intermission and dinner will be provided in a pre-packaged box at the end of the event.
Ultimately, we want to protect our loved ones to feel safe, and we will do our best to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. We leave the choice to each individual to evaluate their situation and make a decision based on their comfort level. We hope that by early June, most of our guests (16+) will be able to take the available opportunity of the COVID-19 vaccine. We understand that young children and those who may be unable to receive the vaccine in time, maybe scarce in attendance, however, we want to protect them in every way that is possible. As we stated, we would love to have you in person for this milestone in Ria's life, but we will equally appreciate your blessings from afar.

The Rose State College Hudiburg Chevrolet Center Auditorium will be at a 25% occupancy for maintaining social distancing standards. Therefore, we would greatly appreciate it if you can kindly RSVP at your earliest convenience to help us plan efficiently and get the headcount as well as make arrangements well in advance.

With warm regards,
Rishika, Nishita, and Sandeep Shah
